In order to run our self-paced or online training sessions you need to ensure that your PC meets the following requirements:

• Microsoft^® Windows 2000 or Windows XP
• Microsoft^® Internet Explorer 6.0 or 7.0 
• Recommended screen resolution of 1,024x768
• Speakers and sound card (only required for Media Player files)

Currently training sessions take two forms, details of these are listed below, please ensure that your PC is running the required version (click link to download).

Flash Player files

These can take the form of a simulation where selection is required from the trainee or demonstration where no selection is required. Sound is not required as you will be promted by text boxes on the screen.

Media Player files

These take the form of a demonstration only and no selection is required. Sound is required as there is a voiceover demonstrating what is taking place on screen.

The sessions were recorded using GoToMeeting and therefore it is possible that you will not have the correct video viewer installed on your PC, if this is case you will need to install the following file https://www.gotomeeting.com/codec.
