In the unfortunate situation you experience problems whilst using the self-paced and online training sessions we have devised Q&A to help you to resume your work in a swift manner. This list is by no means comprehensive but we hope that they cover many of the common problems.
Q I have downloaded the session but it won’t run
A Have you met the proper tutorial requirements?
Q I can’t hear anyone speaking
A Are your sound card and speakers properly connected? Is the sound turned up?
Q The files are taking too long to download
A The speed will be affected by the number of other people utilising your Internet connection, it may be better to download when there are fewer people using the system or set the files to download before you leave the office.
Q The version I am running is different
A From time to time we will update our course material to cover the latest features, you may be viewing from a ‘cached’ version. Ensure you have removed this from your cache and download the latest version.
