Ron Wotherspoon, Managing Director, announced the appointment of Gill Merrey to the new role of Operations Manager. Gill will continue her overall responsibility for Development and her new role will also incorporate the Help Desk, Hosted Services and Data Services. Andy Dams remains Hosted Services Manager and Ian Irving-Smith heads up the Help Desk.
In addition Nigel Seaber takes on the new role of Customer Relations Manager with primary responsibility for system implementation and training. Nigel will be supported in this role by Gary Kennedy who is responsible for training and documentation and Kevin Moore who will be responsible for system implementations.
Ron said "These management changes are designed to provide clearer lines of accountability in the Company and improved communication between our different business functions".
