Vision User Day

User day' introduces new VisionBusiness management software provider, ECi Software Solutions, hosted the first of a series of regional events on 21 May at the Hilton at Croydon South London, to introduce the new look Vision business management software. In the afternoon, ECi customers were given the opportunity to share their business problems and needs in an open-forum to help with the development of future product releases that will focus on customer solutions.

Sales director Paola White commented: "We elected not to have one big event in 2009, as we thought that we would see more customers if we hosted regional events - as this would cut down on their travel time. The schedule we have finalised allows us to cover the whole of the UK and Ireland. During the course of the day we share our plans, show our customers what we have done with the software as well as encourage them to speak openly about their current business problems so we can work together to help them to overcome them."

Customer Stewart Lilley of Walters said: "ECi seem to be making a real effort to develop Vision in line with dealer feedback.

Ian Penketh of Penkeths added: "An excellent day, we got to take a look at the new Vision software - which looks great. The think tank is an excellent way to bring ideas and then the ideas be grown into better ideas with the other dealers and trainers input, we were also presented with the new features that ECi have planned for the next version, which look good and I am sure we will benefit."
