Professional Services Consultant (Dutch Speaking) - Home Based

ECi are winning considerable business for their  fully integrated business system software designed to meet the needs of small and medium-sized companies in wholesale and distribution-intensive industries and are looking for an additional Dutch speaking consultant to help ensure effective and timely delivery to their customers. This will be a client-facing role which combines consulting and business analysis skills with the successful candidate being prepared to work across Europe as some travel is required.

The role will include but is not limited to:-

·         Understand customer requirements

·         Install and configure software packages either remotely or onsite

·         Tailor the solution to meet the customer requirements

·         Provide support to the customer whilst they get up to speed on the solution

·         Deliver training

Skills needed:

·         Excellent project management skills

·         At least three years experience working for an organisation delivering software solutions

·         The ability to work as a team player as well being able to use their initiative and work alone.

·         Experience of delivering training for software packages

·         Knowledge of Accounting and/or financial software systems

·         Fluent Dutch speaker (French/Flemish Advantageous)

Personal qualities required

·         An adaptable and flexible attitude

·         An ability to work under pressure

• Be a team player cooperating with other ECi staff members to ensure that the Professional Services Team meets its goals
• Assertive when necessary – ability to implement effective assertive techniques to manage your customers

·         Have a good sense of humour
