EasyOrder® continuously informs customers on the status of the assortment and about recorded orders, shipments that are on their way, back orders, delivery notes and invoices. All these details are automatically exchanged with the EasyOrder® back office system. All the components run on the ECI infrastructure, so Intop does not need to worry about back up, capacity or system updates, allowing the organisation to focus on their core business.
