For many years we ran the old Todds Unix-based system. We knew we would have to make the move to windows-based software sooner or later. Because all the supporting staff inspire confidence through their knowledge and understanding of our business we agreed to purchase Vision.

In Vision there are many features that make the system easy to use and quick to find information. Drilling down, for example, from a customer to an order to a product code to a purchase order or to a delivery note, is very useful. The Account and Product pop up screens and the document search are all invaluable functions, which mean that we can respond quickly and efficiently when we have a customer on the phone with a question. Order quotations can be speedily prepared and sent to the customer.

Overall Vision has improved our response time to enquiries and made us more efficient in the day to day running of the business.
