Tessenderlo Group

International chemicals concern Tessenderlo Group is one of the largest enterprises in Belgium. With more than one hundred establishments in twenty-one countries, the Tessenderlo Group operates in the fields of chemistry, plastics processing and specialities. The group leads both the European market and the world with the majority of its products.

In 2005 Dyka BV, a subsidiary of Tessenderlo Chemie NV from the Plastic Pipe Systems division, selected Easy Order® as the technology for its online web shop. Since then EasyOrder® has also been installed for the subsidiaries Wymar International and Eurocell Profiles / Fairbrook, both subdivisions of the Plastic Converting group of Tessenderlo Chemie, Business Unit Profiles.

Dyka and Dyka Plastics

Dyka BV of Steenwijk and Dyka Plastics NV of Overpelt have been using EasyOrder® since 2005 for transaction communications with their Dutch and Belgian customers. Now they exchange between 30,000 and 40,000 orders per month via the Dyka eShop. Customers can place and track orders, search for products and access product specifications 24/7.

Products can also be ordered by uploading files with orders, collected by scanners or compiled in the business software of the customer. All orders are validated at order line level and automatically sent for further processing to Dyka’s business software.

Wymar International

Wymar International, supplier of plastic profiles for windows and doors, has a production unit in Oelselgem near Ghent, Belgium, and production companies in various European countries. The products are supplied via local distributors and wholesalers to businesses that use them to make end-products for their customers.

For several years Wymar has had an EasyOrder®-based web shop. Customers can input their order in their own language – EasyOrder® now supports eighteen languages. After validation the order is sent to SAP for further processing. Customers can then track their order in the web shop 24/7.

EasyOrder® has been further developed for Wymar so that transaction communications with customers are fully automated.

Eurocell Profiles Ltd / Fairbrook Ltd

Eurocell Profiles Ltd, supplier of roofing systems, has regular customers who obtain the systems from one of Eurocell’s many branches in the UK and occasional customers who place an order now and then. In 2006 it launched its EasyOrder® B2C web shop for occasional customers. Now development has also started on the B2B web shop of Eurocell Profiles.
