Van Beek Art Supplies is a wholesaler specialising in fine art supplies, graphical products, royalty-free stock images, office products and computer supplies. The supplier uses the company software, order management system and EasyOrder Web shop, all based on ASP/SaaS. Van Beek supplies regular customers, prospects and consumers through a variety of sales points.

Using the EasyOrder order management system, sales transactions of their own specialised shops are directly processed over the internet in the central system. As a result, Van Beek saves on the cost of shop systems, acquiring real-time control over and insight in the stock situation for every location at the same time. Other benefits of the system are vastly improved quality, better process management for goods receipt and processing returns.

The Van Beek Art Supplies and Van Beek Design web shops are used for the company’s mail order activities. Van Beek has opted for the B2C version, because their target group includes both regular customers who have done business with Van Beek for years and consumers. Regular customers have their own price arrangements and consumers pay wholesale prices. EasyOrder checks orders and automatically passes them on to Easy Order BackOffice for further processing. For consumers, the payment of their order is also arranged.
